What’s included in each party package?

Each package includes a set combination of interactive play pods, tables & chairs, décor elements (arches, balloon installations, cake plinths, LED lights, etc.), and party bags (in higher-tier packages). The higher the package, the more décor elements and extras you’ll get.

Can I mix and match elements from different packages?

Yes! While our packages are curated for simplicity, we’re happy to customise. Just let us know which features you like (e.g. more décor, extra arches, extra tables) and we’ll build a bespoke version that fits your celebration.

How many guests can each package accommodate?

Our standard packages are based on up to ~25 children (with matching chairs and tables). For larger groups, we can scale up by adding more seating, décor, or even a second interactive play space — just let us know in your enquiry.

When do you need final details, and how far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and custom décor options. We’ll ask for final theme, guest count, and décor preferences at least 10 days before the event to finalise set-up and ordering.

What extra services are available beyond the packages?

We offer a range of Party Extras you can add on, such as soft play, bouncy castles, character mascots, custom design & print, birthday cakes, photographers, catering, music & entertainers, and more. Just ask — we'll tailor every detail to make your celebration one-of-a-kind.
