Our Camp Day
A fun-filled day from 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM

• 9:30 – 10:00 | Welcome & Free Play
  Children arrive, settle in, and enjoy relaxed playtime with toys, puzzles, and friends.

• 10:00 – 10:30 | Circle Time
  Songs, stories, movement, and a cheerful start to the day together.

• 10:30 – 11:15 | Creative Activity
  Arts, crafts, messy play, or themed activities that spark imagination.

• 11:15 – 11:30 | Snack Time
  A happy break to refuel and recharge.

• 11:30 – 12:15 | Outdoor Play & Games
  Running, jumping, exploring, and group games in the fresh air.

• 12:15 – 1:00 | Lunch Time
  A calm and social time to enjoy lunch together.

• 1:00 – 1:30 | Quiet Time
  Stories, calming music, or restful activities to help little ones relax.

• 1:30 – 2:15 | Discovery & Learning Play
  Fun hands-on activities such as sensory play, building, nature, or simple themed learning.

• 2:15 – 2:30 | Snack Break
  A little energy boost for the afternoon.

• 2:30 – 3:00 | Music, Dance & Movement
  Action songs, dancing, and playful movement to end the day with smiles.

• 3:00 – 3:30 | Wind Down & Home Time
  Gentle activities, goodbye circle, and a happy finish to the day.

A Day Full of Smiles

Our camp day is designed to balance play, creativity, movement, rest, and social time, giving children a fun and nurturing experience while helping parents feel confident their little ones are happy, active, and well cared for.

1. Bookings & Payment
1. Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received.
2. Payment can be made via [payment method, e.g., bank transfer, card, online booking].
3. All bookings are non-transferable to another child or event unless agreed in writing.

2. Cancellation & Refunds
1. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the camp start date will receive a 50% refund.
2. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the camp start date are non-refundable.
3. Refunds will only be issued to the original paying party.

3. Camp Attendance & Supervision
1. Camp is suitable for children aged 3–5 years old only.
2. All children must be fully toilet trained (unless prior arrangements have been made).
3. Children must be dropped off and collected by an authorized adult.
4. All children are supervised at all times by trained Giggleverse staff.

4. Health & Safety
1. Parents must provide accurate medical information for their child, including allergies, dietary requirements, or medical conditions.
2. Children must not attend camp if unwell or showing symptoms of contagious illness.
3. Giggleverse reserves the right to refuse attendance if a child is unwell or poses a risk to themselves or others.
4. Outdoor activities are weather-dependent; alternative indoor activities will be provided when necessary.
5. Strictly NO NUTS policy: Children must not bring any nut-based products to camp (including peanut butter, Nutella, or snacks containing nuts) to protect children with allergies.

5. Lunch & Snacks
1. Parents are responsible for providing a packed lunch for their child.
2. Snacks and water will be provided as required; parents should inform staff of any food allergies.

6. Personal Property
1. Giggleverse is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items brought to camp.
2. Children are encouraged to bring only essential items.

7. Behavior
1. Children are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructions.
2. Giggleverse reserves the right to contact parents or request collection if a child behaves in a way that endangers themselves or others.

8. Liability
1. Parents acknowledge that participation in camp activities carries some inherent risk.
2. Giggleverse, its staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any injury, accident, or loss except in cases of proven negligence.
3. Parents agree to indemnify and hold harmless Giggleverse for any claims arising from their child’s participation.

9. Photography & Media
1. Staff may take photos or videos of children during activities for marketing or social media purposes.
2. Parents must inform staff in writing if they do not wish their child to be photographed or recorded.

10. Privacy
1. All personal information provided will be used solely for camp administration purposes.
2. Giggleverse will not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.

11. Changes to Schedule
1. Giggleverse reserves the right to modify activities or the daily schedule if necessary due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
2. Parents will be informed of major changes in advance wherever possible.

12. Governing Law
1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Any disputes arising from participation in Giggleverse Holiday Camp will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Acceptance
By completing a booking for Giggleverse Holiday Camp, parents/carers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Outdoor play sessions (weather permitting)
• Safe, welcoming, and engaging environment
• Opportunities for children to make friends and build confidence

• Packed lunch provided by parents/carers
• Labelled Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing suitable for active play
• Spare clothes (for messes or outdoor activities)
• Weather-appropriate clothing for outdoor activities (e.g., coat, hat, sunhat)

• Suitable for children aged 3–5 years old
• All children are fully supervised by our trained team
• Outdoor play will be included where possible
• Please inform us of any allergies, medical needs, or additional support requirements when booking
